The lower heights of the Himalayas (6000-12000 feet) are beautified with some heart capturing species of plants and animals. The fortunate few are able to get a glimpse of the great Himalayan tiger, bear, fox, Kasturi, etc. The chirping of numerous birds springs melody in the cold and pure breeze. The wide array of plants sing a song of joy and delight. The whole atmosphere is as if inspiring life, faith and peace.

 

The natural richness comprises of a number of plant species some of which are listed below-
